To further enhance HR support to our employees and managers, our HR Team is looking for an Interim Recruiter. You will report to the Manager HR.

How will you make impact?
As mentioned in the introduction Microbe&Lab is growing fast. This creates a broad range of vacancies, from Finance to research to quality to positions in our labs and clinics.
In this role you will be supporting line managers, the Manager HR and contribute to the success of HR Team with advising on and taking responsibility for the recruitment process and improvements of Talent Acquisition.
What will you do?
Coordinate and take the end-to-end responsibility for the recruitment process in close cooperation with the line managers, the HR Business partner, external recruitment service providers and the candidates.
Support the HR team in executing its strategy.
Participate in projects to further develop the talent acquisition processes.
Perform recruiting activities to attract candidates such as direct sourcing and participating in employer branding initiatives.
Pre-select candidates, prepare, execute and follow up interviews
How will you get There?
A bachelor degree in Human Resources or in another field of study.
At least three years of experience as a recruiter and a proven track record in sourcing and attracting top talent
Experience with IT recruitment and recruiting candidates in life science (is a plus)
Enthusiastic to extent knowledge in talent acquisition – both in terms of business trends and technology trends that influence the area
Good problem solving and administrative as well as organizational skills
Good command of the Dutch and English language.
